These Terms of Service govern your access to and usage of instOrbis—operated by VIPR Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. By accessing our platform, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
By using instOrbis, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age (or possess parental consent) and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Educational institution representatives warrant that they are authorized administrators of their respective organizations.
2. 12-Digit Public ID & Institution Onboarding
Every institution onboarded onto instOrbis is issued a unique 12-digit numeric identifier (e.g., 882390124512) verified by VIPR Technology Solutions. Institutions agree to:
- Maintain accurate accreditation, NAAC/NIRF ratings, and campus contact details.
- Honor listed fee structures and course availability updated on their verified dossier.
- Refrain from misrepresenting academic affiliations or fraudulent campus amenities.

All trademarks, brand logos, code base, and design aesthetics of instOrbis remain the sole property of VIPR Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Institution logos displayed on the platform are used under license for discovery and directory purposes.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes arising out of the use of instOrbis shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi or Sitamarhi / Patna, Bihar, India.
